Privacy policy

The [DOMAINE] website is owned by 4Bras BV, which is the data controller of your personal data.

We have adopted this privacy policy, which sets out how we process the information collected by [DOMAINE] and explains why we need to collect certain personal data about you. You should therefore read this privacy policy before using the [DOMAINE] website.

We take care of your personal data and are committed to guaranteeing its confidentiality and security.

Personal information we collect

When you visit [DOMAINE], we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, your IP address, your time zone and some of the cookies installed on your device. In addition, as you browse the site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products you view, the websites or search terms that referred you to the site, and how you interact with the site. We refer to this automatically collected information as “device information”. We may also collect the personal data you provide to us (including, but not limited to, your last name, first name, address, payment information, etc.) during registration in order to perform the contract.

Why do we process your data?

Our top priority is the security of our customers’ data. As such, we only process minimal user data, and only insofar as it is strictly necessary to maintain the website. Automatically collected information is used solely to identify potential cases of abuse and to compile statistical information about the use of the website. This statistical information is not otherwise aggregated in a way that would identify any particular user of the system.

You can visit the website without telling us who you are or revealing any information by which someone could identify you as a specific, identifiable individual. However, if you wish to use certain features of the website, receive our newsletter or provide other details by filling in a form, you may provide us with personal data such as your email address, first name, last name, city of residence, organization and phone number. You can choose not to provide us with your personal data, but you may then be unable to use certain features of the website. For example, you will not be able to receive our newsletter or contact us directly from the website. Users who are unsure which information is mandatory are invited to contact us at [EMAIL].

Contact form protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

To protect our contact form against abuse and automated submissions (spam), we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a service provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, United States.

When the form is displayed and submitted, Turnstile collects certain technical data sent by your browser, including your IP address, TLS fingerprint, your browser’s User-Agent header, and the site key and origin of the page. This data is strictly necessary to verify that the form is submitted by a person and not by a bot. It is not used for advertising or tracking purposes.

For this verification, Cloudflare acts as a processor, on our behalf and according to our instructions. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in keeping our website secure and preventing abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may also use this data, as a controller, to improve its bot detection algorithms. The data may be processed outside the European Union, in particular in the United States; these transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards as provided for by the GDPR.

To learn more about how Cloudflare processes your data, please see the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Sending contact form messages (Mailgun)

Messages sent through our contact form are delivered to us by email using Mailgun, an email delivery service provided by Mailgun Technologies, Inc., part of the Sinch group.

In this context, Mailgun processes the data you enter in the form (your name, email address and message), as well as technical data related to the sending (date and time, delivery information). This data is used solely to forward your request to us and enable us to reply. We keep it for as long as necessary to handle your request.

Mailgun acts as a processor, on our behalf and according to our instructions. This processing is based on your contact request and on our legitimate interest in responding to it (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Messages are processed on Mailgun’s European infrastructure. As Mailgun is a US company, access from the United States cannot be ruled out; such transfers are covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

To learn more about how Mailgun processes your data, please see Mailgun’s privacy policy.
